About

Nasra Esak articled at Rogers Partners LLP and joined the firm as an associate following her call to the Bar.

Nasra has a broad civil litigation practice, including defending claims involving automobile accidents (tort and accident benefits), occupiers’ liability, product liability, and construction disputes.

Nasra has always been passionate about advocacy and initiatives involving access to justice. At law school, Nasra worked at the University of Leicester Pro Bono Clinic as a Legal Researcher and participated in the clinic’s Global Justice and Forensic Science project and Miscarriages of Justice project. Nasra also won the 2020 Leicester Law School/Centennial Mooting Competition, demonstrating her excellent advocacy skills.

During Nasra’s undergraduate studies, she specialized in Political Science and Environmental Management. She also served as President of the Political Science and Pre-Law Association at the University of Toronto.

Nasra also has a background in government and public policy. Prior to entering law school, Nasra was a Policy and Communications Analyst for the Government of Nunavut.
