Rogers Partners LLP recognizes the value and abilities of all individuals, including individuals who are part of or may identify as being part of the following groups (collectively referred to as “identified groups”):

  • Individuals with disabilities
  • Individuals of different genders
  • Individuals from racialized groups

  • Individuals with diverse sexual orientations
  • Individuals with diverse gender identities or expressions

The firm recognizes the challenges and barriers that are and can be faced by individuals in the identified groups, and strives to be fair and objective with all individuals, including individuals in the identified groups.
