About

Zoe Panday is an Associate at Rogers Partners LLP. Her practice focuses on insurance defence litigation, with experience spanning automobile accident claims, occupiers’ liability, property damage, coverage disputes, and subrogation matters.

Before joining Rogers Partners LLP, Zoe practiced at a Toronto litigation boutique where she managed numerous tort files and accident benefits matters. She is a strategic litigator who brings a detail-oriented approach to every file. She has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Small Claims Court, and the Licence Appeal Tribunal.

Zoe earned her Juris Doctor from the Lincoln Alexander School of Law at Toronto Metropolitan University. She holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto and completed a program in Conflict, Religion, and Peace-Building in International Affairs at Trinity College Dublin.

Outside the office, Zoe is passionate about woodworking, is known for her (arguably) best-in-class chocolate chip cookies, and enjoys hosting Scotch and Irish whisky tastings.
