Katrina Taibi is an associate at Rogers Partners LLP. She completed her articles with the firm. Katrina’s practice is focused on insurance defence litigation, including handling claims arising from motor vehicle accidents (tort and accident benefits), occupiers’ liability, and product liability.
During law school, Katrina was a Student Caseworker at Queen’s Legal Aid and a Teaching Assistant for undergraduate students in Introduction to Canadian Law. She was also active in mooting.
Katrina’s prior employment includes roles as an Occupational Health & Safety Officer, a Client Service Specialist and a Benefit Analyst for an insurance advisory firm, and an Assistant Project Manager for a public transit agency.
