About

Katrina Taibi articled at Rogers Partners LLP and joined the firm as an associate following her call to the Bar. 

Katrina’s civil litigation practice includes defending insurers in matters involving personal injury, tort motor vehicle claims, occupier’s liability, property loss, and coverage disputes.

During law school, Katrina was a Student Caseworker at Queen’s Legal Aid and a Teaching Assistant for undergraduate students in Introduction to Canadian Law. She was also active in mooting.

During Katrina’s undergraduate studies, she double-majored in Legal Studies and Business and won a provincial mooting competition.

Katrina has completed a wide range of co-operative education placements, including as an Occupational Health & Safety Officer, a Client Service Specialist and a Benefit Analyst for an insurance advisory firm, and an Assistant Project Manager for a public transit agency.

Katrina’s well-rounded experience has shaped her critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

In her free time, Katrina enjoys playing volleyball, board games, and travelling to new countries.
