About

Jordan Petruska has a broad civil litigation practice, including defending claims involving motor vehicle accidents (tort and accident benefits), occupiers’ liability, and product liability. Prior to joining Rogers Partners LLP, Jordan was in-house counsel for a national insurance company.

Jordan graduated from Bora Laskin Law School at Lakehead University and received his JD in 2021. Jordan worked in the Lakehead University Community Legal Clinic where he represented clients in landlord/tenant disputes, summary criminal matters, labour and employment law, and small claim matters.

During his undergraduate studies, Jordan combined exceptional success as an athlete with high academic achievement. He was captain of the Wilfrid Laurier University men’s baseball team and was named Pitcher of the Year for his school in 2012 to 2014. He helped his team win the Ontario University Athletics Baseball Championships in 2013 and earned the Alumni Leadership Award in 2015.

Jordan enjoys advocacy and provides timely and effective legal advice to his clients with an eye towards successful settlements and favourable judgments.
