Jessica Rost

Jessica (Jessie) Rost is an Associate at Rogers Partners LLP, where she completed her articles after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School.

While at Osgoode, Jessie completed the Program in Litigation, Dispute Resolution and the Administration of Justice, reflecting her strong interest in advocacy and civil litigation. During law school, she gained practical experience through a clinical placement with Innocence Canada, where she conducted legal research and case analysis in matters involving alleged wrongful convictions. She also participated in several competitive moots and negotiations, further developing her advocacy skills.

Before joining Rogers Partners, Jessie worked with a forensic anthropologist on projects involving Indigenous communities, assisting with historical research, interviews, and the preparation of reports related to cultural heritage and specific claims. She also completed an internship with a publicly listed investment company, where she gained experience reviewing corporate materials and contracts and supporting investor communications.

Jessie earned her Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction, from Simon Fraser University, majoring in Psychology with minors in Legal Studies and English. Throughout her academic career, she received numerous scholarships and was recognized on both the President’s and Dean’s Honour Rolls for academic excellence.

Outside the office, Jessie enjoys horseback riding, hiking, skiing, working out, attending concerts, and spending time outdoors.
