About

Celina Stoan joined Rogers Partners LLP after practicing insurance defence and personal injury law for several years at a law firm in Barrie. Celina is experienced in defending claims involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, product liability, professional negligence, and property damage. She also provides insurance coverage advice.

Celina’s passion for animals, specifically dogs, is evident in her work as she has worked on a number of files involving dog bites and other dog related matters.

Celina has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal.

Celina is bilingual in English and Greek and has some limited knowledge of French and American Sign Language. She is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Toronto Lawyers Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers. Celina is also a member of the Young Advocates Standing Committee of The Advocates’ Society.
