Namrita Taggar

Namrita Taggar is an Associate at Rogers Partners LLP. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2026.

During her articles, Namrita gained experience drafting pleadings and motion materials, conducting legal research across a wide range of litigation matters, preparing mediation briefs, attending examinations for discovery and mediations, and assisting with trial preparation. She also contributed to complex matters involving employment law, insurance coverage, privacy, data breaches, bankruptcy and insolvency, and directors’ and officers’ liability.

While at Osgoode, Namrita was a Semi-Finalist in the Norton Rose Fulbright Private Equity/Venture Capital Case Competition and served as a Clinic Fellow with the Osgoode IP Innovation Clinic, where she assisted start-up companies through client intake consultations. She was also actively involved in the Osgoode Women’s Network and the Osgoode Venture Capital Association.

Before law school, Namrita graduated summa cum laude from York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received numerous academic awards recognizing her outstanding achievement.
