Prior to entering the world of law, Kayley successfully completed undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology at the University of Western Ontario. She then went on to obtain her J.D. at Osgoode Hall and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012.
Kayley began her practise of law on the plaintiff side of insurance disputes, before transitioning to insurance defence in 2015.
Kayley has appeared in the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court, as well as before several administrative tribunals including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Licence Appeal Tribunal and the Landlord and Tenant Board.
When she is not advocating for her clients, Kayley enjoys being outdoors and spending time with her husband, son and dog.
