About

Emmanuel Couture-Tremblay joined Rogers Partners LLP as an associate after completing his articles with the firm. Emmanuel acts for insurers and self-insured corporations in a wide range of civil litigation matters, including the defence of claims involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability, and product liability.

At Queen’s University, Emmanuel was an active member of the community, volunteering his time in numerous endeavours. He was Editor of the Queen’s Law Journal, a Student Caseworker at Queen’s Legal Aid, and Secretary Treasurer of the Indigenous Law Students Alliance.

Emmanuel is fluent in English and French, and has working knowledge of Spanish. He is a trained guitarist. His focus and determination were honed by his several years as a downhill ski racer.
