Mo joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining Rogers Partners LLP, Mo gained a broad litigation experience summering and articling at a full-service law firm. He practices civil litigation, with a focus on occupier’s liability, municipal liability and automobile tort claims.
Mo achieved his Juris Doctor from Windsor Law. While at law school, he volunteered as a litigator at Windsor’s Community Legal Aid clinic and was part of the National Self-Represented Litigants Project. Prior to law school, Mo majored in Political Science at York University, where he was on the Dean’s Honour List.
Outside of the office, Mo enjoys playing soccer, volunteering at the local community centre, and sparring during his boxing sessions. You may also find him exploring technology with gadgets.
Mo is fluent in Swahili, Urdu, Gujurati, and Kutchi, and is proficient in Arabic and Farsi.
