Dana articled with the firm and has continued to practice with Rogers Partners since her call to the bar in 2004.
Her practice involves civil litigation and administrative law. Dana has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals, including the Financial Services Commission of Ontario and the Workplace Safety and Appeals Tribunal. Her practice focuses primarily on insurance defence litigation, including property, casualty, and negligence cases, as well as loss transfer and priority dispute private arbitrations. Dana also advises insurance clients on coverage issues and disputes, and advances subrogated claims on behalf of insurers.
