Profile

David joined the firm in 2004 after articling with another established Toronto law firm. He has a broad civil litigation practice with a focus on the defence of individuals, corporations and insurers. His practice includes motor vehicle negligence, occupiers' liability, municipal liability and property loss claims. David has a particular interest in all types of insurance coverage disputes, and he regularly advises insurers on complex coverage matters. David has appeared before the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court.
