Rogers Partners is a boutique-sized firm with a broad civil litigation practice. While much of our practice is focussed on long-standing clients in the insurance industry, our firm handles a diverse range of litigation matters.
A number of our lawyers have special expertise in all areas relating to motor vehicle claims. The defence of these personal injury claims involves motor vehicle, motorcycle and trucking accidents; statutory accident benefits claims; loss transfer and priority disputes; and coverage opinions relating to motor vehicle disputes. We have experience in transportation law, cargo claims and subrogated claims.
Our lawyers also frequently advise clients on coverage matters relating to commercial general liability policies. These include environmental and pollution concerns, construction policies and disability policies.
Our practice expertise also includes products liability matters, occupiers' liability claims, a broad variety of municipal claims, sexual abuse claims, tavern and social host cases and environmental claims.
A number of our lawyers have a special expertise in health law matters, including defence of medical malpractice claims, defence of various health professionals before their regulators, and other health matters.
